This year I chartered a Lear 60 to bring my mom, dad, Ron and his kids to the lake from Aurora airport. Also, Cody was there for the first time. We numbered 17 in 2008.
Unfortunately, California had over 1000 wildfires burning in early July so it was very smoky and visibility was poor. Most days we could barely see the other side of the lake.
On top of that, I stepped on some glass - a 4 hour visit to Seneca hospital and a tetanus shot later, I was good as new. Plus, I had a sensor malfunction on the way to the lake and had to land in Chico. And, I bruised Tony's ribs pulling him behind the Mastercraft.
This was the best 4th of July reunion ever. :-)
